Titanium Welded Tubes
Aesteiron is one of the leading titanium tube suppliers. We offer a wide range of titanium seamless pipes and titanium welded pipes. It can be available in customized dimensions, sizes, & specifications.
Titanium Tube is resistant to corrosion in sea water and chlorine. It is alloyed with iron, vanadium, aluminum, and molybdenum among other elements to produce strong, lightweight alloys for industrial purpose such as chemical, desalination plants, petrochemicals, paper and pulp. For aerospace purpose such as jet engines, spacecraft and missiles
Titanium Seamless Tubing is recognized for its high strength to weight ratio. It is been fabricated by using a process that heats and molds a solid billet into a cylindrical shape and then rolls it until it is stretched and hollowed. As the hollowed center is irregularly shaped, a bullet-shaped piercer point is pushed through the middle of the billet as it is being rolled.
Titanium Welded Tubes is a strong metal with low density that is quite ductile especially in an oxygen-free environment and it is lustrous, and metallic-white in color.
It is produced through roll forming strips or sheets into a tube shape and then welding it into seam longitudinally. It can be skilled either by hot forming and cold forming processes. As compared to hot forming, cold forming results in smoother finishes and tighter tolerances.
titanium exhaust tube is used to guide reaction exhaust gases away from a controlled combustion inside an engine or stove. The entire system transfers burnt gases from the engine and includes one or more exhaust pipes
titanium tube astm b338 has high melting point i.e., more than 1,650 °C or 3,000 °F which makes it useful as a refractory metal. It is paramagnetic and has fairly low thermal and electrical and conductivity compared to other metal tubes.
