It is especially manufactured to resist high temperature and pressure. Boiler steel tubes are used in energy type equipment’s like boilers, steam pipeline, super heaters etc. 

SS 304 Seamless Boiler Tubing is usually divided into low and medium pressure boiler seamless tube and high pressure boiler seamless tube and it is known for its high quality and endurance. It has properties like corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance, welding & forming, excellent toughness even down to cryogenic temperatures.

SS Seamless Boiler Tubes is the most used tubes because it eliminates the pressure stress on the walls due to uneven internal surfaces.

stainless steel boiler pipes operational temperature is lower than 450°C and the medium pressure boiler pipe mainly adopts cold drawing or hot rolling process process.

ASTM A213 Grade 316 superheater tubes has good oxidation resisitance in intermittent service to 870 °C and in continuous service to 925 °C.

If subsequent aqueous corrosion resistance is important than the continuous use of 316 superheater tubes in the 425-860 °C range is not recommended. It is one of the most critical boiler component of the modern day thermal power plant and it is subjected to very high metal temperature. Actually the capacity of the Superheater to work without failure at higher temperatures is what regulates the boilers capacity and by reducing steam consumption of the steam turbine it effects improvement in economy.

SS Exhaust Pipe is used to guide reaction exhaust gases away from a controlled combustion inside stove or engine. The entire system conveys burnt gases from the engine and includes one or more exhaust pipes
