Inconel 718 Seamless Tube
As a specialized inconel 718 tube suppliers, it is our passion to find individual solutions for our customers, with a high quality standard and excellent service.
Inconel 718 Seamless Tube is a high-strength, corrosion-resistant nickel chromium material. It is used at -423° to 1300°F. It is composed of nickel 50-55 %, chromium 17-21%, niobium and tantalum 4.75-5.5 %, and trace amounts of cobalt, molybdenum, manganese, titanium, aluminium, copper, silicon and other elements.
Because of Inconel 718 Tube unique properties it has become useful in a wide range of applications from manufacturing operations to military equipment and the aerospace industry.
Alloy 718 Pipe provides effective resistance to heat and high temperatures. It also works well in cryogenic conditions, which offers the range of temperature resistance that it possesses.
Nickel Alloy 718 Tubing displays exceptionally high tensile, yield strength and creep-rupture properties at high temperatures. It has good mechanical properties, tensile, creep rupture and fatigue. It is highly resistant to chloride and sulfide stress corrosion cracking
Inconel 718 Pipe can be readily fabricated and may be welded in either the annealed or precipitation age hardened condition.
Inconel 718 Seamless Pipe has one of the distinguishing features of composition i.e. the addition of niobium to permit age hardening which allows welding and annealing without spontaneous hardening during heating and cooling.
ASTM B163 UNS N07718 is used in jet engine and high-speed airframe parts such as buckets, wheels, and spacers, and high-temperature bolts and fasteners. It is also used in the oil and gas drilling and production industries due to its high resistance and strength to chlorides, sulfide stress cracking and stress corrosion.
