Coated Steel Pipes is a metal pipe that is coated with some other material to for various purposes. There are poly ethylene coatings, Galvanized Iron coatings and other material coatings depending on the need of the application and the grade of the pipes. The Coated Gas Pipes are coated with galvanized iron so that the pipes material is not directly in contact with the outer or inner environment of the pipe. The GI coating acts as a resistant layer that does not allow the gas inside the pipes or the air and moisture outside the pipes to corrode the pipes. The Black Coated Pipes can be used in heating and cooling operations because the black color absorbs and releases heat much faster. The pipes could be electric resistance welded such as the Erw Coated Pipes. They could also be hot rolled or cold drawn in production.
