Boiler Tubes BS 3059 are cold drawn made with or without weld or joints. BS 3059 material has the ability to withstand very high pressures. It is very strong in nature and it does not break or crack while in service. BS-3059 seamless pipe is recommended for transportation of fuel, gas and pressure.  It provides improved corrosion resistance in moderately corrosive environments. BS 3059 ERW has high stress to rupture strength and creep strength even in the high temperatures.

BS 3059 erw tube are manufactured as cold drawn or hot rolled. It is used in various kinds of applications such as boilers, heat exchangers, super heaters, etc. BS 3059 ERW is readily available with us in different grades and sizes.  

BS 3059 part 1

BS 3059-1 Grade 320 is a low cost low carbon steel tubes it contains 0.16% carbon with combination of 0.30-0.70% manganese which can be easy to form and shape. BS 3059 part 1 gr 320 pipes are manufactured as per BS Specification and commercially referred as CS pipes or MS pipes.
