ASTM A671 CC60 efw pipe
The ASTM A671 CC60 is a specification which covers standard requirements for electric fusion welded steel pipes. This ASTM A671 Gr CC60 Cl 22 S2 Pipe contains filler metal added to its alloy for welding purposes. As typical for the specified ASTM A671 Gr CC60 Cl 32 Pipe, the alloy has been designed for use in atmospheric as well as in low temperature settings. As mentioned by the specification, the a671 gr cc60 Carbon Steel pipe needs to be fabricated from a pressure vessel quality plate of several analysis and different strength levels as well. Several grades and classes of pipe for e.g. - ASTM A671 Grade CC60 Class 12 Pipes are to be provided. The grade mentioned on the ASTM A671 Grade CC60 Class 22 Pipe will designate the type of plate used in its manufacture. On the other hand, the class mentioned on it will designate the kind of heat treatment that has been performed during the manufacturing process of the ASTM A671 Gr CC60 Cl22 EFW Pipes.
Apart from this the class mentioned on these pipes must be designated as to whether the welding conducted on the ASTM A671 CC60 Electric Fusion Welded Pipe is to be radiographically examined. The class also needs to be designated as to whether the ASTM A671 Grade CC60 Welded pipe has been pressure tested. Steel samples belonging to the ASTM A671 CC60 efw pipe are required to undergo a tension & transverse guided weld bend tests. The pipes must conform to the specified mechanical requirements. Generally, the carbon steel specified ASTM A671 CC60 can be used for various applications such as in chemical industries, power plants, and many other key industries. At Aesteiron, we offer several facilities to our clients purchasing the ASTM A671 Gr CC60 EFW Pipe such as delivery and packaging.
