
ASTM A519 Grade 4130 Pipe
Steel grade 4130 ASTM A519 Steel Rectangular Tubing contains elements chromium and molybdenum added in its alloy as strengthening agents. Because the material has a lower carbon content, the ASTM A519 4130 Steel Chromoly Tubing can be welded easily. Welding of steel tube produced from alloy ASTM A519 Grade 4130 can be performed by all commercial techniques. The Chrome Moly Steel ASTM A519 4130 Boiler Tubing material can be easily machined with the use of conventional methods. However, machining the A519 gr 4130 Seamless Steel Tubing material tends to become difficult in times when the hardness of this steel grade has been increased. Forming the steel ASTM A519 Grade 4130 can be done in an annealed condition.
The ASTM A519 Grade 4130 Steel Tubing is frequently manufactured in our factory by hot working the steel material. If required, by the A519 gr 4130 Seamless Tubing can be subsequently cold finished after hot-working the product. These processes are performed on the ASTM A519 Steel Tube in order to produce the desired shape, dimensions and achieve the resultant properties. The ASTM A519 Tubing could be furnished in the following shapes i.e. rectangular, round, square as well as special sections. At Aesteiron, we can furnish the ASTM A519 4130 Hot Finished Tubing in such a manner that it suits the needs of our clients and their application requirements as well. Hot working of the Alloy Steel ASTM A519 4130 Square Tubing could be performed at a temperature which ranges between 816 °C to about 1093°C . Steel for the specified ASTM A519 Grade 4130 Mechanical Tubing alloy could be cold worked with the help of conventional shop procedures.
