ASTM A334 GR 6 Pipe is a carbon steel pipe made up of an alloy that contains maximum of 0.3% carbon. They also contain manganese from 0.29% to 1.06 % depending on the standards and classes. These types of pipes are medium carbon steel pipes. The SA 334 GR.6 Tube is made from superior grade steel material. The pipes come in different diameters ranging from 4” NB to 26” NB. They also have different wall thicknesses depending on the diameter. The wall thicknesses range from 2.0mm to 14mm depending on the pipe. There are different schedules that govern the wall thickness in accordance with the diameter as well.
